In the mean time, here’s a quick tip from the expert!
Before using the smokey eye technique, apply a liberal amount of “finishing powder” underneath your eye. This will catch any loose powder that falls while applying the dark color to the lid. Once your smokey eye is complete, take a large powder brush and sweep from the inside corner of the eye outwards. This removes the finishing powder and fallen dark shadow color, preventing any dark shadow from settling on the underside of the eye!
